What’s included in your tour packages, and what are the prices?
Our tour packages include transportation, a professional tour guide, entrance fees to attractions, meals (as specified), and pickup/drop-off service. Prices vary by package – Desert Safari starts from AED 150, City Tours from AED 200, and Yacht Cruises from AED 300 per person. All costs are mentioned with no hidden charges.
Can I cancel or modify my booking, and what’s your refund policy?
Yes, you can cancel or modify bookings according to our policy. Cancellations made 48+ hours before tour: Full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: No refund. Free modifications are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour date.
What documents do I need, and do you provide pickup service?
For UAE tours: Emirates ID for residents, a Valid passport with a UAE visa for tourists. For Oman tours, A Passport is required. Yes, we provide complimentary pickup and drop-off service from all major hotels and residential areas in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
Are your tours safe and suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! All our tours follow strict safety protocols with certified drivers, insured vehicles, and first aid facilities. We have family-friendly options suitable for all ages. Special arrangements are available for elderly travelers and people with disabilities.
How do I book, and what payment methods do you accept?
Easy booking through our website, phone call, or by visiting our office. We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and online payments. Booking recommended: 2-3 weeks for domestic tours, 4-6 weeks for international packages.
