Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant women, or those with serious heart conditions or other major medical issues.
Passengers must be reasonably fit, weigh less than 119 kg, and be able to climb in and out of the basket and assume a brace position during landing. Guests above 125 kg require pilot approval.
Children and teenagers under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
If the flight is canceled due to weather, you can rebook within the validity period of your ticket or voucher.
Anyone who has undergone major surgery in the last six months is not allowed to join.
Children under 5 years and adults over 80 years are not permitted.
Ballooning is weather-dependent. Flights will not operate in rain, fog, strong winds (above 11 kph), or if thunderstorms are expected
